Projects Handled in Office


      We are specialist in all types of Surveying Services and digital mapping. Our largest single client has been Aramco and our survey division used to do the most demanding survey works. Below is the partial list of projects handled:


      Geo Surveys Private Limited Company General Surveying Services: Al-Osais shouldered responsibility as a prime and subcontract for the following types of manpower - Field crews, Survey CAD Controllers, Photogrammetrists, System Analysts, Supervising surveyors, Photo Lab Technicians etc., during the period of 1991 to 2003.
                                                
Airport Survey:  

            Carried out Topographic survey for runway / taxiway and also carried out detailed survey for drainage, navigation, Obstacles surveys at various aramco owned airports all-around the kingdom.

Pipeline Route Survey:

      Our division’s crew carried out detailed Pipeline route surveys for various proposed pipelines in Ghawar, Abqaiq, Shaybah, Hawtah and Nyym Reservations for Aramco Surveying services division/Pipeline Route Surveying Group.

Obstacles Survey:

           We carried out surveys for the obstacles around the existing aramco owned Helipads all over the kingdom.

Topographic Survey:

        Al-Osais carried out number of topographic survey for their own projects, Aramco projects and for other clients. Detailed topographic survey for Hawiyah, Haradh gas plants, palm beach resort at half moon bay, Al-Jumah City Center, north park office building for Aramco, Medical OR/CSS/LAB Building for Aramco, Tanajib Office Building for Aramco are some of
them.
 

As-Built Survey:

       Carried out As-built survey of existing above ground and underground pipelines, power lines, transmission lines and other miscellaneous features for SSD/Land Survey Section of Aramco to update the 3D data base map.
 

                                                                     
Boundary and lot corners:

       Establishing boundary and property corners for the lots in number of areas in eastern province.

Other projects:

     Our Company is keenly involved in number of private projects. Our company carried out number of site development works for layouts, factories etc.
